"Mr Soldner, Just thinking after 25 years that I talked to you on the phone. I just bought your wheel at a home sale for $200 but the wheel needed to be ajusted. I called a shop that carried your wheel. They didn't have a clue what I needed to do, but 20 min. later I get a call from you and you new just what I needed to do to fix it. I use that wheel and only that wheel for now 25 years and hope for the next. Thankyou again Kurt Mccracken"

The work is amazing I was blown away when I was first introduced to your work by Jere Lykins at Berry College and have become a huge fan.

I am sooo excited. The Canadian dollar was almost at parity with the U.S. so I splurged and bought myself the Rolls Royce of pottery wheels--a Soldner P-200. I can hardly wait till I get it.
Thanks for the great design Paul!

"We are installing a fabulous vessel from the collection of the Minnesota Museum of American Art by Paul from 1964, in an exhibition called Ceramics Then/Ceramics Now in October. I'm enjoying learning about his work. The vessel was purchase out of the Fiber/Clay/Metal exhibition of 1964 (which Pete Voulkos juried) at the Saint Paul Art Center, the former name of our museum. It will be exhibited alongside works by Voulkos, Grotell, Natzler, Arneson, Senska, and many others."

Hope Paul is doing well. I think of him often. He has been a major influence in my work and my life as an artist. I have been fortunate to meet him and to have participated in several of his workshops.
